typein volume input of inflow_concentration_custom()
ambre 2.0.0
- Add function run_qmra_custom() to choose volume, frequency and concentration
values instead of using default values from database config_ambre
- Add output allocation_key to run_economic_analysis function
ambre 1.3.0
- Add possibility of multibarrier in Excel input file
- Correct regulation matrix calculation
ambre 1.2.0
- Add function to create scenario from dataframe
ambre 1.1.0
- Fix bug to simulate multiple pathogen from the same PathogenGroup
- Add monte carlo value as a parameter of inflow concentration function with default value of 1000
- Modify plot for facet plot on PathogenName
ambre 1.0.0
- Changes to the names of input data for QMRA functions;
SupplementaryTreatmentName has become InitialProcessName
and SupplementaryBarrierName has become SupplementaryProcessName
- Modify output plots of economic analysis
- Add regulation matrix calculation
ambre 0.1.2
- Fixed the broken schema image in the README on the pkgdown site. The
image was moved from
inst/ to man/figures/ (the canonical location
served by GitHub, pkgdown and CRAN) and the path updated accordingly.
ambre 0.1.1
distribution_repeater() now always returns the documented long
data.frame (repeatID, eventID, values). It previously returned a
wide matrix when number_of_events == 1, which broke downstream callers
(create_random_distribution(), simulate_inflow(), simulate_treatment())
in single-event scenarios.
distribution_repeater() now fails early with an explicit message when
number_of_events is not a single positive integer, instead of erroring
deep inside the pipeline.
- Declared the minimum required R version (
R >= 4.1.0), needed for the
native pipe (|>) used throughout the package.
- Fixed several typos in the function documentation.
ambre 0.1.0
- Initial CRAN submission.
- Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment (QMRA) engine for water reuse
following a multi-barrier approach: pathogen inflow and removal along a
treatment train, exposure simulation, and health risk indicators
(infection probability, illness probability, DALYs).
- Economic analysis of treatment and reuse scenarios.
- Bundled
config_ambre reference database and example input files.
- Vignettes covering getting started, treatment vs. multi-barrier, input
files, interpreting risk, economic analysis, exposure scenarios, the
Monte-Carlo engine, and the configuration database.
